No. Most first conversations start with a napkin sketch and a range. We will tell you honestly whether we have enough information to price it, or whether you need to spend $4,000 on a feasibility study first.
Routinely. Send your template and we will countersign same day. We have never used client drawings to compete for a trade package.
We say so, and we tell you who is. If your project is a $400k remodel that needs a two-person crew, or it is a 400,000 sq ft speculative build outside our cap, we will hand you two names who will do it properly. That has happened about forty times and we have never lost a client by doing it.
Privacy note
Enquiry data is stored in our own CRM, visible only to the estimating and client-relations teams, and retained for 36 months. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter unless you separately ask.
